FLUSHBOUND PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: September 25, 2026

New Bat Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) makes FlushBound, a general-audience game for iPhone and iPad that children may also play. This policy explains what information the game uses, when information leaves your device, and how players and parents can contact us. It applies to the FlushBound app.

INFORMATION USED BY THE GAME

FlushBound saves game progress and preferences on your device. This includes scores, achievements earned in the game, runs and daily streaks, virtual corn, unlocked items, selected character and cosmetics, and audio settings. The app also stores ad frequency information and identifiers for completed in-app purchases on your device so it can apply ad limits and avoid adding the same purchased corn twice. We use this information to keep your progress and settings available between play sessions. The app does not require a New Bat Studios account or ask for a player’s name, email, birthday, or physical address to play. We do not operate a server that receives this locally saved game data.

If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and handle related support issues. Please do not send sensitive personal information or information about a child that we do not need to respond.

APPLE GAME CENTER

If Game Center is enabled on your device and you are signed in, FlushBound uses Apple Game Center to submit your best score and earned achievements and to show the leaderboard. Apple processes this information under its own Game Center privacy notice: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/game-center/. Your Game Center nickname, avatar, scores, and activity may be visible to other Game Center users according to your Apple settings. You can manage Game Center in your device settings. FlushBound remains playable when Game Center is unavailable.

IN-APP PURCHASES

If you choose to buy a corn pack, Apple’s App Store processes the purchase and payment. FlushBound receives the purchased product and a verified transaction identifier so it can add the corn and avoid crediting the same purchase twice. The app stores the transaction identifier and corn balance on your device. We do not receive your payment card details in the app. Apple’s handling of purchase and payment information is described in its App Store privacy notice: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/appstore/. In-app purchases are optional; you can also earn corn by playing.

SHARING A SCORE

If you choose Share Score, FlushBound creates a score image and message and opens the iOS share sheet. The image may show your score, game progress, and selected character or cosmetics. Nothing is sent through the share sheet until you choose a destination. The app or person you share with may handle the content under their own privacy practices.

ADVERTISING

FlushBound uses Google AdMob to show ads. Players may choose to watch rewarded ads for virtual corn or one additional chance to continue a run. An interstitial ad may appear when leaving a completed run; it is limited by the app to no more than once every four completed runs and at least two minutes apart. Watching a rewarded ad is optional.

Google’s advertising SDK may collect information such as an IP address, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash logs, and performance data to provide and measure ads. Google explains its practices at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required, FlushBound presents Google’s privacy choices before requesting ads and provides a way to reopen those choices in the app.

CHILDREN AND PARENTS

FlushBound can be played by children. It does not ask children to create an account, enter contact details, or chat with other players. Game Center is provided by Apple and is subject to the child’s device, account, and family settings. Parents can contact us to ask about information we control, request its deletion, or ask us to stop using it. Because we do not operate a player account database, we may have no server-held game record to review or delete. If a child contacts us directly, we will use the message only to respond or direct the matter to a parent and will not use it for marketing.

HOW LONG INFORMATION IS KEPT

Local game progress, ad frequency information, and stored purchase transaction identifiers remain on your device until removed through your device’s controls, such as deleting the app; device backups may be managed separately by Apple. Apple controls retention of Game Center and App Store purchase information under its policies. Google controls retention of information it receives through its advertising services under its policies. We keep support messages only as long as needed to respond and address the issue, or as required by law, and then delete them.

YOUR CHOICES

You can play without using Game Center by managing Game Center in your device settings. You can choose whether to use the share sheet. You can delete locally stored game progress by deleting FlushBound; this may also remove your ability to restore that progress. To ask about a support message or exercise a privacy right available where you live, contact us using either email address below. Parents may make these requests for their children. We may need to verify that a requester is authorized before disclosing or deleting information.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when the game’s features or data practices change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
